Officers were driving Northbound on 1300 S. 500 E. when they got a lo-jack hit on a stolen vehicle. They located the stolen vehicle at the Smith’s parking lot. Officers arrested the driver, Chani Chismar 36 yrs old for possession of a stolen vehicle.
