A 47-year-old female victim was vacuuming her car at a car wash when another female approached her in an attempt to distract her. A male stranger then opened the victim’s driver door and took her purse. Two young children were in the car at the time. The male suspect brandished a weapon. The two suspects then fled north in a cream-colored 4-door sedan. The male suspect is a white, in his 30s, with grayish clothing. The female is Hispanic, about 25-yrs of age, black blouse with tattoos on both hands. No one was injured.
