Two men were walking in the area listening to music on a phone when they were approached by a man who demanded the phone, claiming it belonged to a friend of his. When the victim refused the suspect began punching him in the head. The suspect took the phone and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a white muscle shirt and jeans.
