Distribution of Cocaine and Heroin Arrest

Officers observed, Edwin Chapas (20) making narcotic sales on the west side of the shelter. They also observed Raquel Gordon (20) assisting Chapas with the distribution of drugs. Officers took Gordon and Chapas into custody and seized approximately 100 small packages of heroin and cocaine. Chapas and Gordon were booked into jail for distribution of cocaine and heroin. Chapas also had a warrant out of Colorado for drug dealing.
