Danny Taylor (35) and Alicia Mastry (31) were at the business at this location attempting to use stolen credit cards. The suspects attempted to flee in a vehicle as officers approached but lost control and struck a power pole in the lot. Mastry was transported to a local hospital in good condition. Once released she was booked into jail for Forgery and for an AP&P fugitive warrant. Taylor was transported to IMC in ok condition. Once released by the hospital he was booked for Forgery, Fleeing and for an AP&P fugitive warrant.

Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute/Search Warrant

Officers were called to this location to assist in evicting two persons that had been found with drug paraphernalia. Officers contacted the two suspects and observed more drugs and paraphernalia in plain view. Detectives assisted the officers in obtaining a search warrant for the room. Officers seized marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, methamphetamine, LSD, ecstasy pills, as well as other prescription pills. Willie Lemmons (36) was booked for multiple possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (POCS) charges as well as felony warrants. Samantha Wilcox (22) was also booked for multiple POCS w/intent charges and misdemeanor warrants.

Aggravated Assault DV/Criminal Mischief

Thomas Bradford (22) came home intoxicated and started yelling at his father. When Thomas was told to leave the house, Thomas grabbed a metal shelf piece and started breaking the windows around the house. The father quickly intervened. Thomas bit the left side of his father’s cheek, breaking the skin. Police arrived and safely took Thomas into custody. Thomas was taken to jail for aggravated assault and felony criminal mischief.
