SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department is looking to locate suspect and victim of aggravated kidnapping that occurred on May 24, 2017.

At 8:33 a.m. police were called on a shots fired call at 775 South Post Street. A woman was seen being forced into a car by a male suspect with a gun. The suspect was seen leaving in a white or gray 1995 Pontiac Grand Am, plate E585NB.

The victim has been identified as Samantha June Medina, 24 (pictured above). She is believed to be in danger.

The suspect has been identified as Victor Gabino-Perez, 32 (pictured above). He is described as:

  • 5 feet 5 inches tall
  • 145 lbs.
  • Shaved head (brown hair)
  • Brown eyes
  • Neck tattoos and sleeve tattoos on both arms

If you know the whereabouts of Victor or Samantha please call police. Victor is believed to be armed and dangerous, do not attempt to detain.
