Officers were patrolling the area and noted a stolen vehicle with two occupants inside. The officers made contact with the two and took them into custody. Michael Noble, 36, and Elena Rodriguez, 18, were booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle, warrants and paraphernalia.

A citizen called police after he observed a vehicle that he knew to be stolen driving in the area. Officers arrived and stopped the vehicle. Jeffrey Pino, 29, was booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle and probation violation.
