A man was observed driving a stolen vehicle. Officers located the suspect, he fled on foot and was captured a block away. Officers booked Joseph Minaglia, 50, into jail for fleeing, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, possession w/intent, paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person and a warrant.

Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle and took the driver into custody. Officers booked Mar Mae Phi, 46, into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.

A man entered the Papa Murphy’s stating he had a knife and demanded cash from the till. No knife was seen, but it appeared he was holding something in his hand. The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a male adult with caramel colored skin, heavy set, 5 feet 7 inches tall with short dark hair, wearing a dark navy sweater with lettering, jeans or cargo pants and a Halloween type mask of an old man covering his face.
