Jon Kasai, 40, came to his girlfriend’s apartment looking for her. The female was not home, and the female’s juvenile son refused to let Jon enter. When the mother arrived, she allowed Jon inside the apartment at which time he pushed past the female and assaulted the juvenile. The male juvenile attempted to defend himself with a knife. The juvenile was cut during the struggle and Jon was stabbed. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Jon was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital then booked in to jail for child abuse, assault and intoxication.
