Officers responded to this location on an unknown problem. Upon arrival they contacted the victim who stated he had been in an altercation with an acquaintance inside his residence. The suspect had initially left however he returned, broke in to the residence and began to destroy property. The suspect fled on foot a second time prior to police arrival but was located hiding in the area by officers. Stephen Johnson, 36, was booked in to jail for burglary, criminal mischief and assault.
