Officers responded to a report of shots fired in this area. Upon arrival officers were directed to an apartment where the suspects had fled to. During the investigation officers located a handgun and drugs. Alonso Montilla, 18, was booked in to jail for possession of a firearm by a restricted person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The victim had just arrived home and exited his vehicle, when a light brown or tan Jeep Cherokee pulled up then stopped. Four males who were wearing all black and had their faces covered exited the Jeep. All the suspects were armed with guns. The victim was beaten and the suspects stole his wallet. The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated.
