Occupied Stolen Vehicle

An officer noticed two vehicles which appeared to be following each other. He ran the plate of one and it came back as stolen. The vehicles were ditched by the occupants in an alleyway, and the occupants fled on foot. Officers caught up with the suspects. Both vehicles were found to be stolen. Two juveniles were booked into DT for auto theft.

There were multiple calls of shots fired at the above location. Officers arrived on scene and located two males hiding in the bushes as well as several shell casings. There were two vehicles that were struck by gunfire as well. Officers wrote a warrant for an involved vehicle and located a gun. Naftali Lagos 7/10/01 was taken to jail for possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

It was reported that three vehicles were in the parking lot of the above address when shots were fired. The vehicles fled the area. Officers arrived and found shell casings. There were no reports of damage or injuries.
