A male entered the Wild Pepper Pizza at this address and selected a bottled drink from a cooler and placed it in a bag. The employee confronted the male and told him to take the drink out of the bag. The suspect threatened the clerk and reached into the bag before fleeing on foot with the drink. Officers located the suspect in the area at which time he attempted to flee on foot. After a short foot pursuit Robert Lindsay, 61, was taken in to custody and booked in to jail for robbery and failure to stop at command of a law enforcement officer.

Officers responded to multiple calls of shots fired at this address. Upon arrival they located shell casings in the street. Officers were unable to locate any property damage or involved parties. Investigation continuing.
