Stolen Vehicle, fleeing
Jordan Park

An officer ran the license plate of a van and found it was stolen. The officer followed the vehicle into Jordan Park where it fled, the officer did not pursue. Before exiting the park, the vehicle crashed into a tree and the 6 occupants fled on foot in separate directions. Officers were able to take all six into custody. The driver, Carlos Guadarrama, 18, was booked for possession of stolen vehicle, fleeing in a vehicle, and other charges.

The victim said he was on the sidewalk on 400 South near 1000 West when a white Honda Accord pulled up and the right rear passenger fired a handgun at him. The victim was transported to an area hospital in a private vehicle. There is no suspect information, investigation ongoing.
