The victim forgot something and returned to her residence a short time after leaving. When she entered the house, she saw movement inside. She attempted to leave when she was forced to her knees and told not to move. A short time later the suspects left the house after taking some personal property. Investigation ongoing.

Fleeing/Warrant Arrest

Officers were dispatched on a report of a possible car prowl suspect. Officers were directed towards an individual who immediately fled on foot. Officers eventually caught the suspect who then began to resist before being taken into custody. Jose Guanajuato, 35, was transferred to AP&P as he was a parole fugitive. New charges will be screened.

Aggravated Assault/Vandalism

Officers responded to the Starbucks after a male had smashed the window of the door and then threatened a witness with a rock. The witness detained the male until police arrived. Raymond Regalato, 34, was booked into jail for aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
