Drug and Firearm Arrest

Officers responded on a male passed out in a vehicle. Upon arrival they located Dustin Ruffino, 50, and saw he had a handgun in his pocket. Dustin was detained without incident. During the investigation it was found the handgun was stolen. Dustin was also found to be a restricted person and had narcotics in his possession. Dustin was booked into jail for possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a restricted person and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Robbery

Four males entered a jewelry store at this address and demanded cash and merchandise while brandishing a weapon. The employees complied and the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise. All four suspects were described as male Black adults. They were last seen in a black Dodge Charger with no license plates.

Shots Fired

Officers responded on a report of shots fired. Once on scene officers were unable to locate any witnesses or any evidence of shots being fired.
