A suspect entered the above address and demanded money from the clerk while brandishing a weapon. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a male black adult, 6’ tall, average build, black jacket, black pants, red shoes and a grey ski mask.

The victim was walking on a trail with a female friend. The two got into a verbal argument. The suspect who also is acquainted with the female, interjected and pulled a handgun on the victim. The victim attempted to walk away but was shot by the suspect. Sergio Figueroa, 55 was booked for attempted murder. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
