Witnesses reported a vehicle driving the wrong way on 300 W. struck two parked vehicles. The two occupants fled on foot. A K-9 officer and his partner, Huck, responded and tracked the passenger to 600 North. Jonathan Houghton, 24, was taken into custody for outstanding warrants. Jonathan was treated for injuries from the crash and then booked into jail. The driver is still outstanding.
