Hit and Run

Officers responded to a hit and run at the above address. Officers located the driver who fled from them on foot. Officers were eventually able to take the suspect into custody. Rodolfo Florez Cruz, 21, was booked for fleeing and hit and run.

 

 

5:52 p.m.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle

996 S. Redwood Rd.

Officers located two stolen vehicles at the above address. In one of the vehicles officers observed drug paraphernalia and a loaded rifle. Officers booked the evidence and gun.

 

 

8:41 p.m.

Robbery

455 S. 500 E.

A male Hispanic adult entered the location and demanded money from the cashier stating that he had a knife. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as wearing gray pants, black coat and white vans.

 

7:57 p.m.

Robbery

750 W. 200 N.

Five juvenile males were walking in the area when a vehicle pulled up and four males got out of the vehicle. They asked the five juveniles if they “banged”, to which they replied that they did not. The suspects then pulled a handgun on the juveniles and robbed them of their personal belongings. The suspects left the scene in the vehicle.

 

 

9:36 p.m.

Shooting

1618 Secret Garden Place

Two males got into an argument at the above address. One of the males produced a handgun and shot the other male. The suspect fled the scene. Officers arrived and provided medical attention to the victim until EMS arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
