Resisting, Damaged Police Vehicle, Warrants

Jeffrey Lambert, 43, was arrested for an active Felony robbery warrant and other warrants. Jeffrey was handcuffed and buckled in the back seat of a parked police vehicle. Jeffrey began kicking the inside of the rear passenger side door and window. Jeffrey broke out the window then climbed outside. Jeffrey was posturing and telling the officers to shoot him. He was told to sit down multiple times but did not comply. Due to his offensive stance and exhibited violent behavior, officers deployed a taser. Jeffrey stiffened then fell to the ground on his right side. Jeffrey received minor cuts from glass fragments on the ground. Jeffrey was booked for warrants, damaging a jail, interference with arresting officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers responded to a motorcycle accident at the above address. The victim was transported to an area hospital critical condition. This is an ongoing investigation.

Traffic Accident
835 N. Beck Street

The Victim was on his motorcycle heading southbound on Beck St. and failed to negotiate the corner, causing him to lay down his motorcycle and hit the concrete center median. The Victim was not wearing a helmet and was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. This is an ongoing investigation.
