Intelligence shared from UPD indicated that a Travis Nell, 43, was at the above location in a stolen vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and found Nell and took him into custody. He was booked into jail for vehicle theft, possession and warrants. Nell is a suspect in several car thefts, three stolen vehicles were recovered at his location.
