Aggravated Assault

161 W. 600 S.



The suspect was upset with staff over meal items. He became confrontational and brandished a knife while making threats. Officers located the suspect in his room and took him into custody without incident. Joseph Harp, 35, was booked into jail for aggravated assault.


6:30 p.m.

Auto Pedestrian Accident

300 N. 900 W.



A vehicle making a turn struck two juveniles who were crossing the roadway. Both juveniles were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.


6:40 p.m.

Occupied Stolen Vehicle

1245 S. 900 W.



Officers observed a stolen vehicle enter the parking lot. The observed the driver exit the vehicle and enter the business. The driver was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail for felony theft.
