An occupied stolen vehicle was observed in a parking lot at the above address. The only occupant, Valerie Jones, 40, had the keys on her person. Jones was booked into jail for felony theft.

Central bike officers located a fugitive that was wanted out of California, Michael Moore, 60, at the above address. He was booked into jail for his warrants.

Officers observed a stolen vehicle parked in a parking lot at the above address. The only occupant, Spencer Barstow, 43, was booked into jail for felony theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
