Occupied Stolen Vehicle

Officers responded on an argument, while on scene they found a stolen vehicle. The driver fled on foot and was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. Robert Hurts, 33, was booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle, failure to stop and obstruction.

Aggravated Assault

A victim was sitting in a vehicle when the suspect began yelling at him. The suspect then smashed the windshield of the vehicle using a rock. The suspect then crossed the street and picked up a shovel which he used to damage a door and assault a second victim. Robert Samora, 40, was arrested and booked into jail for aggravated assault, criminal mischief, trespassing and outstanding warrants.
