The victim had an altercation with two individuals near this address. The victim was assaulted, and his personal property was taken. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital. The suspects have not been located.

Drug Distribution

Officers were working around Madsen Park and observed a male in possession of narcotics. The male was taken into custody and found to be in possession of large amounts of methamphetamine, heroin, and THC cartridges. Martin Vigil, 44, was booked into jail for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

The victim was leaving a store when he was approached by several males. One of the males demanded the victim’s property, and then began punching him. The suspects left, then returned and assaulted the male again. The victim declined medical attention. The suspects fled in a white sedan.

Occupied Stolen Vehicle

Officers observed a vehicle that matched the description of a stolen vehicle at this address. Officers conducted a high hazard stop and took the occupants into custody without incident. Dashawn Duke, 26, was booked into jail for felony theft.
