Officers responded on multiple calls of a stabbing in Liberty Park. When officers arrived, they located a male who had been stabbed and a second male being held down by bystanders. Life saving measures were immediately started but the victim died on scene. Information gathered on scene by detectives requires additional investigation before the case can be screened with the District Attorney’s office.

Hit & Run Auto Pedestrian Accident
1704 W. North Temple St.

The victim was crossing North Temple Street & Redwood Road in the crosswalk but only made it halfway across the street before the light changed. While waiting in the media a vehicle making a U-turn jumped the curb striking the victim in the leg. The vehicle, a silver 4-door vehicle fled the scene. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
