Bike officers stopped Lin Carroll, 46. Carroll had several outstanding warrants and was found with heroin and methamphetamine as well as paraphernalia. A gun was located in the bush next to where Carroll had been standing. He was booked into jail on related charges and warrants.

3:46 a.m.
425 S. Redwood Rd.

The victim and suspect were sitting outside the store when the two began to argue. The suspect then pulled out a water gun and proceeded to beat the victim with the toy. The suspect then took a bag belonging to the victim and left the area. The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. Officers located the suspect, Luis Perez, 32, and booked him into jail for robbery.
