SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department conducted a street operation in the downtown area yesterday resulting in five felony arrests.

Based on complaints and crime trends, the Downtown Bike Squads focused on the area ranging from 100-500 South and 200-600 West. Officers arrested and booked into jail the following individuals:

• Bobby Davison (2/4/70), distribution of heroin and several warrants
• Santiago Lambur Mencia (2/14/81), distribution of heroin
• Richard Ralston (8/24/70), distribution of heroin and warrants
• Enos Bustillo (1/6/82), distribution of heroin
• Darwin Julio Lobo Rodriguez (1/1/95), distribution of heroin and cocaine
