Posted: August 5, 2013 — The Salt Lake City Police Department’s old Service Window, where the public obtains case reports, impound releases, background checks and fingerprint cards, is closed to the public today but will reopen Tuesday at the new Public Safety Building, 475 S. 300 E.
Lobby hours at the new PSB will continue to be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Although limited off-street parking is available to the general public, there is ample metered-space on streets surrounding the new PSB, as well as a TRAX stop a block away on 400 South. For more parking options, please visit the interactive parking map at www.parkingslc.com.
Bicycle owners may register bikes at the new PSB’s Service Desk. Owners must present the bike at the time of registration, which costs $2.03.
